Willpower is a function of the conscious mind, whereas the subconscious mind is basically influenced by imagination. It’s a questions of your willingness to be receptive and responsive to ideas, and to allow these ideas to act upon you without interference. Through relaxation and distraction of the conscious mind, access to the subconscious through imagination is achieved. And this produces the ability to experience thoughts and images as real. And allowing the subconscious to receive and accept suggestions. You are in control and you will not do anything you find objectionable.
